Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Sercan tarafından geliştirilen Swipe Ball oyununun bilgilerini nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Kısaca: oyun senden hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, hiçbir sunucuya veri göndermez ve seni takip etmez.
Toplanan veriler
Swipe Ball hesap açmanı istemez. Adını, e-posta adresini, konumunu, kişilerini, fotoğraflarını, cihaz kimliğini veya kullanım istatistiklerini toplamaz.
Cihazında saklanan bilgiler
Oyunun çalışması için bazı bilgiler yalnızca kendi cihazının hafızasına kaydedilir:
- En yüksek skorun (rekor)
- Ayarlar ekranındaki tercihlerin
Bu bilgiler cihazından dışarı çıkmaz, bize veya üçüncü taraflara iletilmez. Uygulamayı sildiğinde bu bilgiler de silinir.
Reklam, takip ve üçüncü taraflar
Oyunda reklam yoktur. Uygulama seni başka şirketlerin uygulamaları veya web siteleri arasında takip etmez, bu nedenle App Store'da takip izni istemez. Reklam, analiz veya benzeri üçüncü taraf hizmetler kullanılmaz.
Ücret ve satın alımlar
Swipe Ball ücretsizdir ve uygulama içi satın alma içermez. Bu yüzden ödeme bilgisi işlenmez.
Apple tarafından işlenen veriler
Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirmen ve iPhone'unda "Analiz verilerini paylaş" seçeneğini açtıysan Apple'ın topladığı çökme raporları gibi bilgiler Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Bu raporlar kişisel olarak seni tanımlamaz.
Çocukların gizliliği
Oyun hiçbir kullanıcıdan kişisel veri toplamadığı için 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan da veri toplanmaz.
Politikadaki değişiklikler
Oyuna veri işleyen bir özellik eklenirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Swipe Ball, developed by Sercan, handles information. In short: the game does not collect personal data, does not send data to any server and does not track you.
Data we collect
Swipe Ball does not require an account. It does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or usage statistics.
Information stored on your device
To work, the game saves a small amount of information only in your device's local storage:
- Your high score
- Your preferences from the Settings screen
This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to any third party. Deleting the app deletes it.
Ads, tracking and third parties
The game contains no ads. It does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so it does not ask for tracking permission. No advertising, analytics or similar third-party services are used.
Price and purchases
Swipe Ball is free and has no in-app purchases, so no payment information is processed.
Data processed by Apple
Information Apple collects when you download the app, or crash reports shared if you turned on "Share iPhone Analytics", is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. These reports do not identify you personally.
Children's privacy
Because the game collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If a feature that processes data is ever added, this page will be updated along with its effective date.
